1. Referral Program & Eligibility

Referral Verification: To qualify, the person you refer must be a new customer of 699 RentACar and must provide your full name upon arrival. Verification of referral will be completed before any offer is applied.
  • A 3-day minimum rental is required to qualify.
  • Offer is limited to 1 referral per contract.
  • It is not permissible to combine multiple referrals or accrue more than one complimentary day off within the same contract.
  • Promotion Code cannot be transferred or sold.
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other certificate, voucher, offer, promotion, or special discount.

2. Reservations & Validity Period

Rental Duration: Offer is valid for 28 days from the opening date and time of the Rental Agreement. The offer does not carry over to the following month (28 days from opening agreement).
  • Promotion Code must be provided at time of reservation or offer is void.
  • Advance reservations are required as stated in the offer.
  • Vehicles are subject to availability at the time of reservation and pick-up.
  • Rates are subject to increase, or additional fees may apply in the event the reservation is modified, picked up early, returned late, or if the vehicle is not returned to the originating rental location.

3. Taxes, Charges & General Policies

  • Discount is only applied to the base rate of the vehicle and is not applied to optional add-ons on the rental agreement.
  • All taxes, age differential charges, fees, surcharges, and optional service charges are not included.
  • Additional mandatory charges may be imposed, including, but not limited to, vehicle license fees, car insurance, and government-imposed taxes or fees.
  • Blackout periods and other restrictions may apply.
  • Renter and additional driver(s) must meet standard age, driver, and renting requirements.
