Payment Eligibility & Guidelines
Please review our payment rules, eligible card types, and security deposit criteria prior to picking up your rental vehicle in Van Nuys or surrounding San Fernando Valley cities.
1. Accepted Major Bank Debit Cards
We accept debit cards issued by the following major financial institutions ONLY for car rentals:
- Citibank
- Wells Fargo
- Bank of America
- Chase
- US Bank
2. Excluded Cards & Strict Restrictions
Unacceptable Payment Types: Please note that Prepaid Cards, Online Bank Cards, and Loadable Cards are NOT accepted under any circumstances, regardless of the issuing institution.
3. Account & Balance Requirements
If you are using an accepted debit card at pick-up, your account must satisfy the following conditions:
- Account Age: The associated bank account must have been active for a minimum of one (1) year.
- Required Available Balance: A minimum available balance of $300 (Security Deposit) plus the total cost of the rental is required at the time of vehicle pick-up.
Pick-Up Verification: Ensure your card meets all institution, account history, and balance requirements prior to arrival at our Van Nuys location to guarantee a smooth rental check-in process.
